RicochetBlue Feature Overview and Allstate FAQs

We are very excited to be able to launch this new program with you and your agency.

 
Here are a few points to the new Allstate-approved Ricochet360 Blue Version to help you better understand some of the features and enhancements.
 
 
(1) Allstate Compliance Questions
Allstate has provided agency owners a variety of resources to clarify Allstate’s policies regarding TCPA and calling rules via Gateway. We recommend that you refer to the links below:
 
(2) Preview Dialing
Your new outbound calling model will utilize a new two-click process called Preview Dialing.
 
A green button will show a 30-second countdown on the lead pop-up window between calls. Users are required to click the “Accept & Call” button to initiate a call and do not need to wait until the clock runs out. This new feature allows a call to initiate in less than a second.
 
Should the user not click to accept the call to the lead, the call will not initiate and will eventually go back into the dialer.

(3) Lead pop-up notifications
Part of the Ricochet360 Blue Version platform includes instantaneous scrubbing against Allstate’s DNC registry. There will be two pop-up notifications for all leads in your system.
 
 
(A) Lead Age Pop-Up
Part of the new system includes the lead’s age based on the time of opt-in or creation date provided from your lead vendor.
 
If the lead is less than 30 days opted-in, the Lead Age will show in green. Even if this is on Allstate’s DNC, the lead vendor has provided you with a more recent opt-in to be contacted.
 
If the lead is over 30 days opted-in, the Lead Age will show in red. We recommend that you review the documentation provided in Section 1 of this email to determine your risk assessment and whether you’d like to proceed with the call.
(B) Mandated Do Not Call
In this case, there is no way to manually override the Do Not Call. This message will appear when:
  • A lead has been designated as Do Not Call
(6) Marketing Automation
At this time, our objectives are focused on the telephony (phone) system of Ricochet360 Blue Version. Any marketing automation (SMS or email) will be disabled.
 
 
(7) Other Frequently Asked Questions
  • Is Ricochet360 a replacement for Allstate Lead Manager?
    Allstate Lead Manager is not being phased out or replaced by Ricochet360. Ricochet360 is being provided as an option for agents, and is meant to work in conjunction with/as an alternative to Allstate Lead Manager.
  • Will I be allowed to move my numbers from RingCentral or Avaya?
    If you already have numbers in this account, you will not be able to port them into Ricochet Blue.
  • Is Ricochet Blue compatible with HearSay for texting?
    Once you have numbers in your Ricochet account, you can submit a ticket to support@ricochet360.com so that we can provide you with instructions on how to port out the texting functionality to HearSay.
  • Will calls be recorded?
    At this time, call recordings are temporarily disabled while we integrate critical security features required by Allstate.
